About your position
We are looking for a motivated and self-starter Sustainability Manager who is passionate about ESG and sustainability. You will work in a dynamic team and contribute to helping mid-sized companies achieve their sustainability goals and take their ESG reporting to the next level. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and develop innovative solutions to implement sustainable business strategies.
You'll work not only with our sustainability team, but also directly with managing directors, department heads, and external partners. You'll be a key sparring partner in the development of sustainability strategies and ESG reports, contributing innovative approaches and continuously improving our tools and methods.
In the role of CO-Founder you will
Develop, adapt and implement sustainability reports in accordance with the ESRS guidelines.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and develop customized solutions.
Structure, prepare and review the company’s ESG data for quality.
Further develop the sustainability strategy and ensure that all measures comply with global standards and legal requirements.
Offer training and workshops for internal teams to raise awareness of sustainability and communicate best practices.
Continuously work with our team to optimize processes to create sustainable and effective solutions for everyone involved.

You may already have experience in these areas:
Development and preparation of sustainability reports (preferably according to ESRS, GRI or other standards)
Project management and coordination between different departments and stakeholders
In-depth knowledge of ESG metrics and their significance for corporate strategy
Experience with tools and software solutions to support ESG reporting
Good knowledge of regulatory requirements for sustainability and ESG reporting
Willingness to learn new subject areas and actively develop yourself

COBACK is a software project/startup for ESG reporting. We develop software that helps medium-sized companies prepare their sustainability reports and present sustainability within their company in a simple and clear way. Our goal is to enable young companies to produce a sustainability report for every occasion with a simple "press the button."
